Genesis 49:10 NASB: "The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor the ruler's staff from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes, And to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.
Deuteronomy 21:23 NASB -: his corpse shall not hang all night on the tree, but you shall surely bury him on the same day (for he who is hanged is accursed of God), so that you do not defile your land which the LORD your God gives you as an inheritance.
Psalms 22:2-27 NASB -: 2 O my God, I cry by day, but You do not answer; And by night, but I have no rest.; 3 Yet You are holy, O You who are enthroned upon the praises of Israel.; 4 In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You delivered them.; 5 To You they cried out and were delivered; In You they trusted and were not disappointed.; 6 But I am a worm and not a man, A reproach of men and despised by the people.; 7 All who see me sneer at me; They separate with the lip, they wag the head, saying,; 8 "Commit yourself to the LORD; let Him deliver him; Let Him rescue him, because He delights in him."; 9 Yet You are He who brought me forth from the womb; You made me trust when upon my mother's breasts.; 10 Upon You I was cast from birth; You have been my God from my mother's womb.; 11 Be not far from me, for trouble is near; For there is none to help.; 12 Many bulls have surrounded me; Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.; 13 They open wide their mouth at me, As a ravening and a roaring lion.; 14 I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.; 15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd, And my tongue cleaves to my jaws; And You lay me in the dust of death.; 16 For dogs have surrounded me; A band of evildoers has encompassed me; They pierced my hands and my feet.; 17 I can count all my bones. They look, they stare at me;; 18 They divide my garments among them, And for my clothing they cast lots.; 19 But You, O LORD, be not far off; O You my help, hasten to my assistance.; 20 Deliver my soul from the sword, My only life from the power of the dog.; 21 Save me from the lion's mouth; From the horns of the wild oxen You answer me.; 22 I will tell of Your name to my brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.; 23 You who fear the LORD, praise Him; All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him, And stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of Israel.; 24 For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; Nor has He hidden His face from him; But when he cried to Him for help, He heard.; 25 From You comes my praise in the great assembly; I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him.; 26 The afflicted will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek Him will praise the LORD. Let your heart live forever!; 27 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
Psalms 69:21 NASB -: They also gave me gall for my food; And for my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.
Isaiah 48:12 NASB: 12 "Listen to Me, O Jacob, even Israel whom I called;; I am He, I am the first, I am also the last.; 13 "Surely My hand founded the earth,; And My right hand spread out the heavens;; When I call to them, they stand together.; 14 "Assemble, all of you, and listen!; Who among them has declared these things?; The LORD loves him; he will carry out His good pleasure on Babylon,; And His arm will be against the Chaldeans.; 15 "I, even I, have spoken; indeed I have called him,; I have brought him, and He will make his ways successful.; 16 "Come near to Me, listen to this:; From the first I have not spoken in secret,; From the time it took place, I was there.; And now the Lord GOD has sent Me, and His Spirit."
Isa 52:13-15 NASB: 13 Behold, My servant will prosper, He will be high and lifted up and greatly exalted.; 14 Just as many were astonished at you, My people, So His appearance was marred more than any man And His form more than the sons of men.; 15 Thus He will sprinkle many nations, Kings will shut their mouths on account of Him; For what had not been told them they will see, And what they had not heard they will understand.
Isa 53:1-12 NASB: 1 Who has believed our message? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?; 2 For He grew up before Him like a tender shoot, And like a root out of parched ground; He has no stately form or majesty That we should look upon Him, Nor appearance that we should be attracted to Him.; 3 He was despised and forsaken of men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; And like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him.; 4 Surely our griefs He Himself bore, And our sorrows He carried; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted.; 5 But He was pierced through for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; The chastening for our well-being fell upon Him, And by His scourging we are healed.; 6 All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; But the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all To fall on Him.; 7 He was oppressed and He was afflicted, Yet He did not open His mouth; Like a lamb that is led to slaughter, And like a sheep that is silent before its shearers, So He did not open His mouth.; 8 By oppression and judgment He was taken away; And as for His generation, who considered That He was cut off out of the land of the living For the transgression of my people, to whom the stroke was due?; 9 His grave was assigned with wicked men, Yet He was with a rich man in His death, Because He had done no violence, Nor was there any deceit in His mouth.; 10 But the LORD was pleased To crush Him, putting Him to grief; If He would render Himself as a guilt offering, He will see His offspring, He will prolong His days, And the good pleasure of the LORD will prosper in His hand.; 11 As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see it and be satisfied; By His knowledge the Righteous One, My Servant, will justify the many, As He will bear their iniquities.; 12 Therefore, I will allot Him a portion with the great, And He will divide the booty with the strong; Because He poured out Himself to death, And was numbered with the transgressors; Yet He Himself bore the sin of many, And interceded for the transgressors.
Jeremiah 23:5-8 NASB: 5 "Behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD,; "When I will raise up for David a righteous Branch;; And He will reign as king and act wisely; And do justice and righteousness in the land.; 6 "In His days Judah will be saved,; And Israel will dwell securely;; And this is His name by which He will be called,; 'The LORD our righteousness.'; 7 "Therefore behold, the days are coming," declares the LORD, "when they will no longer say, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of Egypt,'; 8 but, 'As the LORD lives, who brought up and led back the descendants of the household of Israel from the north land and from all the countries where I had driven them.' Then they will live on their own soil."
Jeremiah 33:15 NASB: In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.
Ezekiel 21:26-27 NASB: 26 thus says the Lord GOD, ‘Remove the turban and take off the crown; this will no longer be the same. Exalt that which is low and abase that which is high.; 27 A ruin, a ruin, a ruin, I will make it. This also will be no more until He comes whose right it is, and I will give it to Him. '
Daniel 7:13-14 NASB: "I kept looking in the night visions, And behold, with the clouds of heaven One like a Son of Man was coming, And He came up to the Ancient of Days And was presented before Him. "And to Him was given dominion, Glory and a kingdom, That all the peoples, nations and men of every language Might serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion Which will not pass away; And His kingdom is one Which will not be destroyed.
Daniel 9:25-26 NASB: So you are to know and discern that from the issuing of a decree to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince there will be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; it will be built again, with plaza and moat, even in times of distress. Then after the sixty-two weeks the Messiah will be cut off and have nothing, and the people of the prince who is to come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. And its end will come with a flood; even to the end there will be war; desolations are determined.
Michah 5:2 NASB: "But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Too little to be among the clans of Judah, From you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel. His goings forth are from long ago, From the days of eternity."
Michah 5:4 NASB: And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the LORD, In the majesty of the name of the LORD His God. And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth.
Zechariah 2:9-10 NASB: For behold, I will wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me. Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst," declares the LORD.
Zechariah 3: 8 'Now listen, Joshua the high priest, you and your friends who are sitting in front of you--indeed they are men who are a symbol, for behold, I am going to bring in My servant the Branch.; 9 'For behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua; on one stone are seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave an inscription on it,' declares the LORD of hosts, 'and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.; 10 'In that day,' declares the LORD of hosts, 'every one of you will invite his neighbor to sit under his vine and under his fig tree.'"
Zechariah 9:9-10: 9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout in triumph, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, Even on a colt, the foal of a donkey.; 10 I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim And the horse from Jerusalem; And the bow of war will be cut off. And He will speak peace to the nations; And His dominion will be from sea to sea, And from the River to the ends of the earth.
Zechariah 11:12-13 NASB: I said to them, "If it is good in your sight, give me my wages; but if not, never mind!" So they weighed out thirty shekels of silver as my wages. Then the LORD said to me, "Throw it to the potter, that magnificent price at which I was valued by them." So I took the thirty shekels of silver and threw them to the potter in the house of the LORD.
Zechariah 12:10 NASB: "I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn.
Zechariah 13:6-7 NASB -: 6 "And one will say to him, 'What are these wounds between your arms?' Then he will say, 'Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.'; 7 "Awake, O sword, against My Shepherd, And against the man, My Associate," Declares the LORD of hosts. "Strike the Shepherd that the sheep may be scattered; And I will turn My hand against the little ones.
Zechariah 14:4 NASB: In that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, which is in front of Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in its middle from east to west by a very large valley, so that half of the mountain will move toward the north and the other half toward the south.
Malachi 3:1 NASB: "Behold, I am going to send My messenger, and he will clear the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple; and the messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight, behold, He is coming," says the LORD of hosts.
